Events & Programs

Hispanics of Today & Tomorrow hosts Cinco de Mayo each year in May, Hispanic Heritage Month each year in September or October, and Dia de los Muertos each year in October. At these events, Emporia comes to life with colorful celebrations of Hispanic cultures and heritage. Live entertainment, music, food, arts and crafts, and more are all set up through a variety of vendors as we close off our main street and welcome the community to celebrate and encourage our Hispanic community in Emporia.
